8lbs is blinding! Well done!

I don't have my weigh in till Friday but know that I have been a little lack lustre this week but am deffo improving (and maybe feeling a little competitive) seeing everyone elses weight loss!

Snack - Half a Cherry Bakewell Alpen Light Bar (1.5 syns), An Apple

Snack - Strawberries with a Shape 0% Fat Raspberry Yoghurt

Dinner - Vegetable Curry (Onions, Garlic, Aubergine, Butternut Squash, Chilli, Ginger, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Vegetable Stock, Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Cardamom, Mustard Seeds, Cloves, Fat Free Natural Yoghurt) with Boiled Rice

Save a syn by using water instead of milk in the eggs - have always used water as I don't drink milk and it is fine.

It was Cherry Alpen Light Bar... Me and my friend bought a packet and couldn't wait to try it so had half each. It was only 1/4 of B choice and I thought I would be using my B for something later in the day (which I didnt) so i synned it x
