I love swimming! I find it so relaxing. It gives me time out just for myself away from my phone and facebook and stuff and I can really get in the zone :D

Lunch
- Jacket Potato with 30g Cheddar Cheese (A), Tinned Sweetcorn, Cucumber and Tomato

Snack - A Banana, An Apple, A Peach Yogurt

Dinner - I went to the Harvester, mother dearest and I shared two meals so I had.... Half a Lamb Steak, A Lamb Cutlet, Quarter of a Spit Roast Chicken with the Skin Removed, Green Beans, A Jacket Potato, Tomato, Lettuce, Cucumber, Red Onion, Tinned Sweetcorn, Grated Carrot, A Tiny Bit of Mayo (2 syns), A Tiny Bit of Jack Daniel's Sauce (2 syns) and a Tiny Bit of Minted Gravy (2 syns) which was all washed down with 2 Pints of Diet Coke

Total Syns - About 6 (maybe more, maybe less but I was really really careful not to have hardly any sauce)

Hotel Breakfast - 1 Poached Egg, 6 Grilled Cherry Tomatoes, 4 Rashers of Bacon and 1 Slice of White Toast (4.5 syns) with Reduced Fat Butter (2.5 syns) all washed down with a Cup of Tea using a dash of Milk (A)

Wedding Buffet Lunch -
It was awful. There was no salad, there was no fruit. There was nothing that looked even marginally healthy. There were plates and plates of cakes and crisps and scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam but I stuck to healthy eating and had.... 4 Egg and Cress Sandwich Quarters :D (2 slices of Wholemeal Bread (B), Egg and Cress)

In the Car as Soon as We Left the Wedding -

Meal with Family -
