Dinner: SW Roast chicken dinner wif plenty of veg (5syns for gravy), strawberries

* rest of HXA as dashes in coffee n hot choc

I love home made soup. Carrot & lentil not tried yet. Need to get on with that got lots of lentils. Potato and sweetcorn and BNS and carrot are favourites.

Hi there! The carrot n lentil soup is prob my favourite (I noticed MissK makes her's wif ham stock cubes - I usually use chicken but I must try it wif ham next time as it sounds like it'd b lovely! :)) I also like potato n leek, chicken & veg (or just veg) n roasted red pepper. I'm not overly keen on BNS soup but mayb I just didn't ave a good recipe 4 it - how do u make yer's? I was disappointed cos I ADORE BNS roasted etc.

I also got a recipe off MissK 4 her dahl loaf, it seems like a nice thing 2 ave along wif soup, altho I aven't had a chance 2 make it yet...

Dinner: Takeaway :eek: Chicken tikka madras (15syns approx.), plain naan bread (25syns approx.)

HX's: 2 x HXA* & 1 x HXB
* rest of HXA as dashes in coffee

Syns: 40 :eek::eek::eek: I was thinkin of flexi-synin this but then I aven't had many syns in the last few days n I've seen sum people measure their syns over the whole week. I'm not sure how successful this approach will b but I guess I'l find out on Wed's WI :)

Day off plan :cry:I had an awful nite wif Sam on Sat nite n had zero sleep then had 2 contend wif a stream of visitors on Sun (family that had travelled espec 2 come see Sam so I cudn't say no!). Basically the visitors meant copious cups of coffee/tea n 2 many naughty biccies!

Thanx hun, the last few days seem like they were awful! I think it's cos I was bein 100% since getting back on plan after the more relaxed approach I took durin my pregnancy that they feel worse than they prob were, if that makes sense!? lol!

Sam's been much better since Sat nite, still not amazin but much better than the horror that was last Sat nite! lol! :D

yeah, i get what you mean....but i think you're doing great.
i'm like a broken record here but honestly, the fact you've had such a big change in your life and yet still are managing to eat healthily has the big thumbs up from me.

Uck Sam just seems unsettled this last few days, mayb it's a growth spurt or sumthin. He seems 2 b avin quite a lot of wind pain so I started givin him Infacol drops at each feed yesterday n he does seem a bit better 2day so fingers x'd he'll only improve more as the days go by...
 
Hey missus just catching up. Oh is rotten when they wont settle and worse when they cant tell you whats wrong. My youngest had colic/reflux and screamed for 3 months, that is when he wasnt feeding lol.

I think you're doing great to be so at track at this stage. It can be so easy to find an excuse not to bother esp when you are tired.

Growth spurts always mean constant feeding and i found i was always really hungry then as well.

You have made me really want a hot choc now haha. Wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt half 6 in the morning!

Oh I think u can ave hot choc at any time of day chick! lol! :)

WI result: STS - I must confess 2 bein slightly disappointed but then I can't really complain after such a gr8 loss last week n after avin such a naughty w/end!

Accordin 2 the wee pregnancy leaflet I ave I can 3 additional HX's durin this stage of breastfeeding but it still feels wrong. I generally try 2 stick 2 just avin 2 of each but I cudn't live wifout my evenin Aplen light fix! lol! :) Also the leaflet says 3 in addition 2 the usual 2 so it mite b outa date if it doesn't take EE in2 account - if sumbody out there has any more current info it'd much appreciated as I don't attend a group...

i'm not too sure about the HE's but i'd def think you'd be allowed at least another 1 at this stage...i don't think it would do any harm..you must be burning loadsa cals thru the feeding!

you could always keep doing what you're doing but know that it's there if you needed it rather than having them just for? x
 
well if worse comes 2 worse at least it's only 6 syns approx. 4 the additional HXB so I'm not goin over the daily syn allowance but I'd rather b doin it rite if u kno wat I mean x
