Dying of a cold today. Oh well, as long as i'm not dying friday i don't mind

Lunch: ham sandwich, pack chicken tikka, muller light, kiwi

Ok....2 curly wurlys may have snuck their way into my mouth last night *looks innocent*. I'll make up the syns i promise :p Tomorrows plan is looking like it will just be tea off plan, i am off work all day so i can probably get away with no syns for most of the day then i might have to flexi as i don't know what i'll be eating in blackpool for tea but probably be able to counteract the calories as i plan on dragging my friend up blackpool front tomorrow afternoon and then gig at night (plenty of jumping since i'm seeing Slash). Then just breakfast to deal with saturday (possibly going to be cooked breakfast, complete with a shed load of oil) and i can stick to plan rest of the day.

Anyway...the plan for today

Breakfast: chocolate porridge
Lunch: Egg sandwich, banana, apple, hartleys jelly
Tea: pasta, beans and cheese

HEa: milk
HEa: rf cheese
HEb: porridge
HEb: bread

Syns: bournville highlights 2, marg 1, hartleys jelly 0.5, 2x packs mini jaffas 12
Total syns: 15.5

And on a side note i decided to get on the scales this morning and down a 1lb from official weigh in on tues, I'd like to get 2.5lb off of the 3.5lb i put back on, long shot i know but it would be nice haha
 
Going through so much chewing gum, trying to stop myself from eating. Just so hungry but all i have left are jaffa cakes

Its been a strange 2 days. Yesterday I obviously went blackpool to see slash, breakfast was just fruit and yogurt, then didn't eat again til about 3 when me and my friend were both starving so we opted for subway, foot long chicken and bacon with cheese and lettuce and cucumber. And a cookie. Could have been worse! Do after we walked from central to south and back, not sure on mileage need to work it out for body magic. Then we went for a brew in Starbucks, and yes I actually had tea not hit chocolate, go me! Then we queued for the gig, gig was amazing, some jumping but mostly involuntary on my part, floor was springy so when someone jumped it flung you in the air haha Anyway after gig we went back hotel and had half pack of rolos cos I was hungry and it was all I had with me.

This morning got up at 6.30 had breakfast in hotel, i did go for the standard synful 2 sausages, bacon, fried egg, white toast and butter, beans and ketchup. Drove home, emptied my wardrobe, pulled out everything from under bed, topped bed on its end, lugged old wardrobes out my room, carted about 20 pieces of wood up to my room and built my new flat packed wardrobe myself, lugged bed back in place, refilled wardrobe, remembered to eat again at 6,had sw chicken curry and chips... And basically that's it.

Its been an eventful two days.... And got drawers to build tomorrow. Now I'm just going to fall into bed.

Got a day of emptying rest of my room lugging desk out, building drawers, putting stuff back, sorting junk out. My muscles still hurt from yesterday's wardrobe building!

The world and his dog are getting on my nerves today. I will not resort to chocolate. That is my mission, when everyone and everything is irritating me i usually start eating chocolate, i am not going to do it today, lets try and break the habit of a lifetime.
 
Feel better now i've got my frustration out of my system via email.
 
I know, dad was like do you want me to build it and i was just like "no i'll do it myself", so i build the wardrobe and most of the drawers myself...until i got a blister on my hand and couldnt turn the screwdriver to do the last 2 drawers so dad did those. I said to mum i don't know why men think they are the only ones capable of building flat pack furniture, even built the drawers without instuctions cos there wasnt any in the box.
 
I somehow got a 3lb loss :D Thats most of the gain last week got rid of despite not being 100% this week, i am going to blame the walking, gig and furniture building considering my legs are still murdering me!
