Technically 4.5 for the 150g mango, obv do less mango if you want to lessen the syns (100g is 3 which is pretty much 1 small mango)
 
NSV moment... at weekend when i did my wardrobe i was putting all my stuff back in and put all my work trousers together, even though 2 pars fit and 2 pairs don't....anyway, i was running late this morning and just pulled a pair off the hanger, just been in the toilets and noticed the tab on the back, they are a pair of the size 14's that didn't fit not the 16's i usually wear.
 
I have just decided I am going to change my target from 11 stone to 10 stone 6. This then will mean I have hit 100lb lost overall when at target. I might make in in 2020 who knows :p
 
theres those words i like to hear "you look good, but you have so much food on your desk. Are you sure your on a diet?"
 
and i have just been on a 25 min walk to sainsburys (i took the long route) and have pomegranate...never tried it before

Decided i really like pomegranate...would be an excellent for my snacking i think, might have to start bringing it to work everyday.
 
prepared pips. Too much effort pulling the pips out in work :p i haven't eaten tham all either, so some left for this afternoon when i start snacking :p
 
Picking with a pin sounds better, it sound like the sort of think that could keep my busy and my mind off food :p
 
Ooooooooo i just figured I have lost half a century...well 50.5lb actually in total.

Decided i need to take a journey to the doctors with my hip, for weeks i've been getting random pain in it, but the last few days its been going numb instead. And since my nan, aunt and possibly my dad all have/had a genetic hip disease that left will leave them/left them paralysed from the age of 50...maybe its time i got it checked. If i can ever log into the online booking system that is.

Breakfast: weetabix, banana and honey, muller light
Lunch: Egg sandwich, 2x plums, banana
Tea: LM sausages, egg and chips

HEa: milk
Hea:
Heb: weetabix
Heb: bread

Syns: honey 1, mayo 1, 5x werther 5, curly wurly 6
Total syns: 13
Free Snacks: prepacked fruit, apple, pomegranate
