Been chester today, so got a few hours of walking in (and a nice train ride
), bought a pair of shorts and a top in primark, got home and the size 14 top is a little big but hey I like baggy tops
and manged to spend £25 in the Disney store on Alice in wonderland mini toys oops xD so food, lunch was just about on plan, though I'm classing my brie as a hea, even though strictly speaking it should only be used as a Heb on a green if i remember right
Breakfast: banana, 2x plums, ww yog

Bought a new wii game in Chester too "10 minute solution" basically all 10 min work outs involving step aerobics and and boxing. Did 30 mins when i got home on a mix of easy and hard, was quite good for a change, step aerobics with the step heightened on the balance board is pretty hard!
