Running out of food til we go shopping tonight

Breakfast: choc porridge, shape zero cherry yogurt
Lunch: salmon and philly on black pepper ryvita, banana, shape zero blackberry yogurt, plum
Tea: devilled chicken drumsticks and salad

HEa: milk
Hea: 3x 35g pots lightest philly
Heb: porridge
Heb: hifi bar

Syns: 2x bournville highlights 4, gum 1, marshmallows, bitsa wispa 2, curly wurly 6
Total syns: 13
Free snacks: prepacked fruit, apple, 2x apricots

Drinks: 1 tea, 9 glasses water, 1 hot chocolate

I had a mini strawberry ripple teacake, 69 calories which i make 3.5 syns i think, but synned it for 4. I was tempted by the rocky road but resisted
 
Thinking of going boots and using their scales are lunch, gym ones say i'm 12 stone 4ish, mine say 12stone 13, or they did yesterday, not got on today :)O) so i don't know which are right, if any!
 
Any you pay for usually are ok. However, what make and how old are you home ones, digital or normal?
 
Both are digital (mine are Salter "ultimate accuracy" scales, bought 2 years old or so). I'm going to say mine are probably right, but with them playing up on tuesday i don't know.
 
I'd change the batteries and check where you're putting them isn't uneven (like changed lately?) Unless your body just wasn't happy Tuesday/ x
 
I changed the batteries tuesday, still fluctuated like crazy after. I use them on the same bit of floor cos I know it's uneven so not changed the place cos it's the only straight bit haha
 
Got on scales this morning still fluctuating so don't know how much I weigh. Mum's going to clean the feet see if that helps any.

After being continually hungry up til like 10am...i'm now the opposite and don't really want my lunch!
 
I have also invested in a new pair of scales in the sale, since mum can't stop ours from fluctuating
 
Now the air has been cleared in work I am much happier, sure everyone has felt the difference today, everyone is all jokey and happy anyway (that could be just cos its friday though).

I have the urge to go to the seaside at the weekend...maybe sunday, going shopping and then to see Blondie tomorrow. And maybe the gym in the middle of the two.

By some strange coincidence I've gone over by 12.5 syns and just looked back and I've got 12.5 exactly that i havent used in the week! Was expecting to have to make a few up tomorrow/monday. Blondie was worth the syns i think :p
