I made my porridge in the slow cooker & it was ok, I'd definitely do it again as it saved me precious time on a Monday morning.

Hmm may try it one day, only takes 2 mins in microwave though haha
 
I hope so pp, I think even I can manage half a pound in 2 weigh ins haha
 
I have been the doctors today. My doctor was jumping up and down, clapping and cheering (yes really)...all my pcos symptoms have gone, i'm within overweight section of BMI (last time i went i wasn't), I no longer have to go for check ups and scans (unless my symptoms return or i'm trying for kids and struggling etc) and she no longer needs to try and force me to take the pill. YAY :D

What started as an EE day turned in red....though lucky it even stuck to plan considering the electric and gas have been off 3 hours.

Gonna try and behave today, been over syns slightly last few days and unless I find a subway tomorrow I'll probably end up with a meal off plan as I have a gig.

Hmm another interview but its not until 8th October, this only to cover maternity leave too but better than nothing if i get it.

Gig was awesome, and I know I cheated with subway and wheat bread and cheese should technically not be he's and tikka is probably synned but shhhhhh. Wasn't over syns too bad despite the cookie!
