Ally's Diary - take two

Ended up with a new phone, £174 that I can't afford but better than the £306 it was originally going to cost. My contract is only half through so would have to pay the next 11 months with a slight discount, but i traded my old phone into them too, and she knocked £140 off, even though cos it was faulty she shouldn't have it should have been half that, thats how much they should give for a fully functioning phone. So thanks to Dad's bank account I now have a new phone that charges, stopped my panicking about agencies and stuff not being able to call anyway!

Hi,

Been keeping up with your diary for ages now. Huge congratulations on your amazing losses. You're doing so well!

Sorry if someone's already said this and I haven't noticed, but I read something the other day and I thought of you: apparently, when you exercise, you hold onto a bit of water weight, because your muscles hold onto fluid while they repair themselves. That's why it can look like you haven't had a loss after exercising.

I found that interesting, as a no-budge on the scales bothers me after a week of working hard! :)

Yeah muscles do hold water, thats why on weeks when I haven't been gym or been less I lose better usually. It's annoying, but rather tone up as well as lose even if it's slower :)

Was trying my dress on for my aunts birthday party in 4 weeks, the top has become too big but think i can pull it off.

Anyway, comparison...75lb and 4 dress sizes (nearly 5) different

Thanks Seacrest and happy holidays. Going to see if mum can pin it, if not one of my ex colleagues is a seamstress as is my boyfriends (still sounds weird saying that) mum, so hope fully one of those can do something with it.
