By the way, Di, meant to say - Alpro does a soya 'cream' called Dream 1.6g carbs - and maybe if you're ok with the soya milk you could be ok with this too.

I love Alpro cream, it has a coconutty smell and taste I think and they come in really handy mini screw top cartons!

Oh yes Susie!! I keep meaning to look for Alpro cream but I don't think I can get it at my local Tescos express... But they'll get it in if I ask I think xxx

i love unsweetened soy milk! i actually find it creamy I dont even notice the difference now

I'm in the bath... Feeling a bit hungry but need to lose the pound that's crept on over the weekend ... Actually it was 2lbs but have lost one of them!

In fact, stomach is growling but have lit candles and an incense stick and writing on here is taking my mind off it! Well, not really! Lol xx
