Morning lovely losers... Well nothing is moving in the weighing department so need to revisit what I'm doing... It's been pretty much 4 weeks now where I've gone up and down ... This morning +2 from posted which was at the beginning of May.
B - egg, bacon, mushrooms, garlic, coffee, cream ... No more cream after I finish my pot and maybe no more coffee for a bit... Didn't have any cheese yesterday so the gain isn't down to that. I'm taking aquaban so it can't be water weight I don't think. Maybe its volume control I need to look at?
