Morning folks ... back on clean and green with a vengeance!! lol... I gained the 8lbs I lost last week in the 3 days between the 2 long weekends I had away! lol... hopefully it will drop off just as quickly this week! (fingers' crossed)

B - egg(s) scrambled, mini Cathedral cheddar bite size thingie, bit of butter, soya latte
L - tuna with mayo
D - tinned salmon with mayo

I'm going to be trying to follow the Atkins early book induction for the first few weeks just to get my head back in the zone. Being strict and boundaried works really well for me.

Skirt this morning is snug not loose! lol ... but at least it fits - although a month ago it was so loose it kept on falling down a bit. Oh well, it will soon come off...xx
 
Woohoo you're going for gold, Di! And so completely in the zone, that's fabulous!

The skirt will soon be falling off you big time - in a good way, obviously and somewhere not too public :D
 
Had a good morning diet wise - but flagging a bit now!

About to have soya latte and tuna mayo so should revive! Lol x
 
Well done on getting back on track, I only gave the new book, if it very different from the old plan I must see if I can find a copy somewhere, I like to keep reading versions of atkins, it keeps me focused.
 
Yes I'm the same Sammy - it's just interesting how its changed! I'll do a few weeks at this level then go onto induction using Atkins orange and white book - New Way (or whatever the title) lol

Haven't had much cheese today so could have some when I get home as I'm allowed 100g although it doesn't mention unsweetened soya milk so maybe I shouldn't.
 
I'm not sure they had unsweetened soya milk in 72 - I think you'll be ok with it but there's always the cream option.

YAY for clean and green! You're going to woosh off that water weight. Remember to drink loads even though you'll probably be running to the bathroom all night!
 
Yes have definitely noticed more toilet action! Lol .. Just shows how carbs hold onto water!!

Just on way home now and can't wait to get in bath and then watch a vid or iplayer catch up x
 
4lbs water weight lost this morning .... It's incredible how affected I am by carbs!

Not doing well today - haven't eaten anything since my egg this morning! Just hope I don't kill a wilderbeast on my way home lol xx although that's all protein so it might be the best thing to do! Lol x
 
Noooo Di! Quick find a marks and sparks and save the wildebeest! Not good for you to go without food for so long - maybe take a bit of cheese or chicken slices or something with you each day for emergencies?

Just had poached salmon cucumber celery mayo and goats cheese with a bit of duck pâté from France ... Now stuffed! Lol
 
oh now i understand the wilderbeast comment on my diary lol, i too only had an egg this morning and totally forgot to eat all day, i almost fainted when i got home from taking my son shopping and started getting my dinner. Just didnt think about food all day, will try not to do that again!!

yes do take some nibbly bits to work keep you going x
 
I don't often not have nibbles planned but thought I would have time for a tin of salmon at lunch but meetings over ran ! I'm too damn greedy usually lol x
 
Evening, Di! Great to see you focused again and yay! for the 4lbs :D

Your gains and losses are truly epic, aren't they?! I don't think I've ever gained/lost as much as you can overnight, not even right back when I started the diet and would have had a lot of initial water loss. Even in my 2nd week of JUDDD when I was packing in the illegal carbs on a couple of my UDs, I still couldn't fluctuate more than say, a pound or so!

Weird how incredibly different we all are, isn't it?
