Evening Di, you soup, me butternut squash curry.....................have decided to have a few days as a veggie just for a change (plus it helps going to the park lol) not sure if it will do anything but I not going to go mad on rice or pasta or stuff like that either so maybe just class it as low cal, who knows. Not really fancying meat right now so maybe my body is saying something to me.
On the soup front, I saw a programme where they fed 2 lots of folk with the same meal, one whole and one liquidised but with the same food in it, the people who had the liquidised meals felt full longer and lost more weight than the people who ate the meal as a proper meal. Food for thought as they say........
