As for the wagon, lady, you were on it long enough and life was tough then, life was stressful then but you stayed on. You don't have to give yourself permission to take it easy now when you've got through this before. Just stick it out. You can do it. Don't worry about how much food you eat - make sure to eat lots, eat until you're stuffed, but only the right foods. Don't let hunger be an excuse. Take snacks. Order fussily. You've done this, you can do this again.
