And I've got a FT7... Which I think is the same as the one Alpy has to monitor my exercise/heart rate - or something! Lol I need to read up on it! Lol it seemed like a good pressie to ask for! Lol :)
 
Still has the wrapping on it!! I'm so crap! I keep forgetting to start it! I will do it tomorrow without fail! I just have to build it into my daily routine and I'll be fine... It's just that building in part that I find hard! Lol

I've set up the watch but just need to stick the electrode around me today when I go out! Lol ... Just worried that I might electrocute myself lol :) xx
 
It's amazing! I feel like I know what I'm burning calorie wise and I know when my heart packs up too! It's like to resuscitate me too! Lo l
 
so you would.recommend the watch thing?
 
It tells you very accurately how many cals you burn which is really useful and sort of motivates to do more! Lol ... And the watch shows your heart rate all the time xx
 
Wow sounds very high tech! Let us know how you get on with it - unless you do actually electrocute yourself, of course (so not gonna happen :D)

I've got a few Wii console packs bookmarked in eBay, not going to spend £200 on a new one but can handle paying £50 or thereabouts for a OK secondhand one - maybe even one with Zumba! :D
 
Well it said today I'd burned 543 cals doing the shopping... :) and I'm still alive to tell the tale lol x
 
I think my batwings have shrunk a bit! I should have measured but it was too difficult at the start!
