Well done hockeynut! I had to give all chocolate to OH as I couldn't risk leaving it lying around!

Jessicasmummy... Going on lipotrim was the best thing I've ever done, this weekend someone even said they thought I was a size 10!

I've lost two stone (bar 2lb) since starting on December 3rd and that included two weeks refeeding over Christmas.

You're doing the right thing and believe me, you'll love it once you start losing!xx
 
Sorry I've not been on here guys, had some family problems to contend with...

Weight is now 71.5kg (started at 83.7)

BMI is now 26, just 3kg to go until it's in the healthy bracket!

Hopefully only another 7lb to go til target weight x
 
I'm on a refeed week so I could go out for a meal and I've put on 2lb :-(

Is it normal to put on a bit during refeed?

Losing this last bit of weight (half a stone) seems to be taking forever :-(

I would imagine its just a bit of water Hun don't worry it will go x
 
Update: Now 68.8kg

BMI 25.3

I've decided my target is gonna be 60kg, in case I put a few pounds on after I start eating again!
 
Weight: 67.2kg (started at 83.7kg on December 3rd)

BMI: 24 (started at 31)

Only about 6lb to go until target!
 
Nearly there... Now 65.7 bmi now 24.

Size 10 top size 12 trousers

Few more pounds to go...x
