1lb on this week, totally deserved!!
I really haven't been sticking to plan as well as I was before Christmas. Need to get my act together! Will really try this week for a loss next Monday
Monday 20.2.12
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix with milk
Snack: Banana and tea
Lunch: Massive fruit salad of melon, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and grapes; handful of cherry tomatoes (delicious!!)
Snack: Apple + Orange
Dinner: SW Sloppy Joes with chips and mixed veg.
Snack: Purple snack 5.5 syns
Total syns 5.5
Here's to a good week! Pancakes will NOT be my downfall tomorrow
