I lost 2lb this week so very happy with that
it just shows tracking every point and trusting in the plan works as that is 10lbs in three weeks by eating all daily points and weeklies and a few activity points. I now weigh 17.11
Well done that's great. It just shows it can work even with nights out and yummy meals xx

Hi ladies - you've all done so well on your weigh ins! I'm really disappointed with mine - I've eaten all my daily points and only about 10 of my weekly allowance in my first week following WW but the scales only showed 1.5lb loss. I know its better than putting it on but when I listen to the other new starters in my group who have lost between 4 and 8lbs in the first week I can't help but feel let down I thought I'd had a really good week - I was in 'the zone' and did 2 exercise classes as well as a 30 minute walk. Hopefully the number will be better on my second weigh in.
