Weigh day again tomorrow! This week has gone so quickly! And I've been 100% including 2.5 litres of water daily so let's see what the scales show

Week 9 weigh in! Lost 7 pounds!!!!! Wooohoooo now I'm 11 stone 1 and bmi bang on 25 :-D

My CDC is letting me ss down to 10 stones and then up the steps... So not long now :) xxx

Well I've let myself down big time :-(

I was a bit stressed with things n in a random moment I decided to go to a party. I wanted a drink so quickly ate a mini roll to try n get me out of ketosis so I wasn't poorly... I went drank 2 vodka n comes.... Felt so lightheaded so came home n ate a bacon barn and a pot noodle! Feel sooo bloody stupid n awful right now

Well after a rubbish week I sts... I nearly gave in all together but iv picked myself back up n I'm determined to get to the 10s on Saturday... 100% from today.... Taking it 1 day at a time x

You've done so well to through in the towel, like u say just take it a day at a time, bet your feeling great with what you've lost already.

Aww thanks Hun... This was an off 9 days! Lol.. I do feel a lot better than when I started I just have a stone n a half more to lose (I say have but I mean want!) my bmi is just under 25 yet I'm a size 12-14... Really want to be a 10 x

Well been 100% today... One day at a time getting back on it is going to plan :-D

August challenge: to get to 9 stone 13 (so to lose 16 pounds) hope its doable!! X

I've started back on 2 shakes and 1 soup today, I had started having 2 shakes and a salad but past few days my weight hasn't changed so back to being 100% and hoping by my wi on Saturday I've lost a few lbs

Ur supposed to have 3 shakes for nutrition... Apparently it tricks ur body into thinking its eating properly so that's how u lose :-/ u will lose by Saturday for sure! I hope I can lose 16 pounds... Don't wna be on this diet much longer! X

11 weeks weigh in - 4 pounds!!! I am now 10 stone 10 :-D xx
