Hi, you menu's look like what I'd like to be eating LOL. I am new to SW and doing EE, are yours all EE? If so, do you just not put in your 1/3 SF against your meals? Sorry if I am being dumb LOL

Hi! You're not being dumb!! All of my menu's are extra easy - I never specifically write down - here's my 1/3 superfree, but i do get it for example; in spaghetti bolegnaise - its all superfree apart from pasta and mince, but the sauce is superfree which I do as a 1/3, same for stir fry, curry, and with anything like a sandwich, I always have a small side salad.

Thanks for your reply :) thought that was the case. With mine, anything with a sauce is easy as I throw tons veg in but other meals it's just leaves and onion!! Lol
