Finished body combat and body pump- can't wait to get home and have a gorgeous chicken salad!

I have to say I'm loving the orange and chocolate mullers yum yum!!!

So I've sweated like a piggy all day! Took my nephew to a place called crash bang wallop - and I crawled around and climbed and went on everything with him. Soooo hot in there as well! Neeeep!
But it was so much fun!
Had a fab day foodwise - had lunch at a pub and then tea at my sisters and stayed on plan 110%
Yay! I hope this pays off at weigh in tomorrow!

Thanks lovely. I'm still aching like mad at the minute, dont think climbing on climbing frames, diving and jumping up and through different areas and levels helped too much, but it was all good fun!

So.... I've just had my first hi-fi in a reeaaallllyyyy long time - I was not really feeling the bread today - and I've had a hi-fi bar and a mullerlight - and I feel stuffed! I have no idea why? But I think I will have to buy some more hi-fi bars for sure! :) A big thumbs up from me!
 
So I've just had a curry and enjoyed every bite! I still had within my weekly syns woop woop!

Needed this break, starting another 100% week, my aim this week is to change my hex's everyday - definitely going to be tricky but worth a try!!
