*Anna's Final Mission - 8st to go!*

So I went to the gym today and dis c25k week 1 day 3, starting week 2 tomorrow yay!!
I also did a body conditioning class which was okay - I didn't really feel worked though :( hey ho!!
Just seen captain America at the cinema with the other half and I really enjoyed it!! Off to do a spot of Shopping now and then nando's yum!! Sticking 100% on plan woohoo! I will lose weight this week- cannot believe I maintained last night at weigh in - feeling a little less sorry for myself this morning haha!! X
 
Anyway, so I went to buy some jeans today as I have been living in leggings for about 2 years, I thought it was time for a change!
So I headed to new look and went straight to the inspire range - as I always do!
And left with a size 18 skinny pair of jeans!! Aaahhhhhhhhh!!! I used to be around a 22/24!!! And I used to wear them underneath my stomach fat, I've got the size 18's exactly where they should be - over my stomach which is much less of a bulge nowadays!! :) yay!! I tried on a pair of size 20 bootcuts and they were massive yay yay yay!!!!!!
Also my mum had done alot of ironing for me so I sorted out my wardrobe and found a pair of size 18 linen White trousers with the label on still - because they were too small- I put them on over my leggings today and they fit yay!!!!!!!
I also found 2 pairs of brand new size 20 chino's and they fit too woooohooooo!!!!
 
Non-scale victories are such a confidence booster! Well done you :) xx

Off to a children's tea party soon! Ive had a big meal and have used up nearly all my syns- I will not give in to jelly and ice-cream haha!!!
 
Did not eat a single crum from the kiddies party, however I have come home with birthday cake - uh oh!! Can I resist?
 
Course you can .... you are a diet diva!! Yesterday a man in the dry cleaners gave me a dairy milk choc and (how sad) I saved it for my hubby as I would have eaten it for the sake of it! ...... I think I need a doctor!

I don't always have a 3rd superfree on my plate. Here it is in black and White - my consultant keeps telling me that it's okay not too, but I'm going to now make a conscious effort starting tomorrow to have a 3rd superfree with every meal! I normally don't have with brekkie- so I'm hopping aboard the breakfast superfree train.
Although my consultant says it's okay, I think it may start affecting my weight loss, so here we go :)
