Bought Christmas party dress today for party in two weeks time. There's the incentive to get this diet back on!!!
 
Ok. New start! Can't stop eating crap. Not even carb free. The full monty!

It ends now- I'm starting three food packs a day from the morning. Sod the fact that it's Christmas this is going to depress me if I let it carry on.

12 stone 4 pounds this morning. That's annoying- and no ones to blame but me!

Today. New start.
 
Morning- cup of tea for breakfast. Got people over for tea tonight :( forgot about that!

I'll be having one food pack and then tea. Not the start I wanted.
 
A bar n cuppa now at 12 .30 to see me through to tea tonight.

Already thinking this is hard work! Only been a few hours!
 
Actually just admitting to myself that things are off key and getting back on the scales is good therapy. I'm thinking diet already and I'm planning and thinking about the numbers... Like I used too!
 
Enjoyed the relapse too much I think! Bad habits obviously don't die that easily! But when my jeans started to feel too tight and I started panicking that I don't know where the size 16s are I knew deep down things needed to get back on track!

I think I might be doing hourly updates to keep my head in the game... Oh well!
 
Oh well. Tea was fajitas but then I got ill- no idea why everyone else's ok. Bed for me.

Now friends are having breakfast before they go and I can't face going down. Can still taste the bloody fajitas. :(
 
Ok so today was my first real attempt at TS and ended up WS but it was at least under control. :)

Looking forward to the new year now and the many happy days to come as a skinnier me- centre parks at Easter for one thing!

Having porridge soup for tea :) its nicer than the shakes but only as nice as the soups. Hot n filling tho :)
