o ive miossed lots since last night lol... so.. HELLO KITTENH! welcome back CARLY! congrats EMMA! and hi five CARRIE we did it!!! we did 7 days!!!!!! I WI tues yes.... i had a sneaky WI today (mon) and happy with the results i saw....
I added a splash of milk into my tea today now i feel bad and worried.....

Also Carrie im sorry u are having a bad time at work.... u must be a strong lady tho as u did all 7 days with me!!! this thread really did help me as i didnt wanna fail.... so we start again tomorrow yea!

Wooo second day was 100%.. by day 4 it should be sooo much better.. just drinking a pint of water till about 9.. the old lady living next door to me sleeps downstairs cos shes very poorly so i don't like to use my whizzer too early

well im assuming everyone started again yesterday, i had an 8.4lb loss and celebrated with some naughty nibbles TUT TUT. put on 0.8lb this morning but back on for a 6/7 week. sorry for letting the team down guys!!

HEY ALL.... im back... had a blow out all week... im such a failure and i was so sure id get to my goal by vegas in 12 days..... DAMN! had to rush to docs today as i binged then had laxatives.... i have been in agony all day.. it was really scary.... weight really does have a terrible effect on our lives...
