So the weekend is over thank god. Went to a Chinese buffet restaurant on Saturday so bad! Back on it today with a zero soup bubbling away on the hob. Feeling very guilty and like I only deserve gruel lol

I'm just too easily tempted! My will power is crap! Dunno how I managed to give up smoking over 3 years ago. I must be getting weaker lol.
Weigh in tomorrow. I've kept my scales in the garage but I'm really just hoping for a STS after the weekend x

I am going t start using the its cold so y body needs alcohol though.

YAY I stayed the same!
Very happy with this after Chinese and wine at the weekend!
My only battle this week is: We are going to our friends for a little post Christmas get together. We didn't get a chance to see them over Xmas. She is doing a buffet!! And we are staying over so we can have a drink.
I'm hoping to save most of my weeklies for this.
After a bad week this week I must have a loss this week!

I'll start posting my diary again tonight. Now it's back to a new week! I didn't record my food at the weekend so it still said I had 25 weeklies left when I didn't cos the Chinese was probably about 40 alone haha x
