My boyfriend made me some and found the chips got stuck to the baking tray?

You have to turn them at least once and spray the tray with fry light .

When i do the chips i don't bother parboiling them or sticking them in the microwave first. Always turn out delicious!

Making chips tomorrow so might try this

I like my chips soft in the middle, so if i don't par boil them first won't they be a bit hard?
