Hi Chelle,

Im doing fine thanks just another quick update as im off out in a min. Weekend was ok i did have some extra bits and bobs but nothing too bad .

And i finally found perfectly clear Strawberry & kiwi i have been looking for this for ages! but never find it, doubt all biddies local too me must be doing VLCD's.

I have stuck to the 790 plan as it seems to suit me best, still dont know what i weigh but clothes definatly looser, and my trousers are longer!! which means my hips must be slimmer as well!!

Have to go now but will try and pop on later again.
