Hope you are all doing well!!! I've just logged into my Minimills diet after 4 years away and those 4 years have bought me 4 naughty stones!!! I have to say... it has been an incredibly delicious, very happy 4 years but the time has come & it has to go!!!! I reached my 30s 2 weeks ago and after spending the last 6 months gradually dieting with exercise and healthy eating, I have come to the point where I just need to start seeing some quick results. I have a holiday in 12 weeks (Orlando, disney, universal etc) and I am keen to shed as close to 4.5 stone as possible in that time to ensure I don't suffer from sweaty heat exhaustion or alternatively the friction between my thigh's creating a small bush fire... go figure.
My history... did the Cambridge diet when I was 21 and lost 3.5 stone in a couple of months - I lost 40lbs within the first 6 weeks and am reeeeeally hoping that my 30 year old body is still capable of such losses.
Anyway... I'm doing fine at the moment, I have insatiable will power so sole source is easy just so incredibly boring!!! Whats worse, is that food and cooking are my hobbies so I am constantly scrolling through #foodporn - ugh.
