Not too bad thanks Shell, though losing motivation fast right now - too much stress at work etc, head is not quite right for such a strict diet plan so much so that am probably going to take a break from it for a while and just try a low fat/low carb eating plan for a bit - but I shall still lurk around on here for hints and tips and chat etc.
Oh gawd don't read my stats! I did do brilliantly but also piled a load back on I'm currently 14 st 12 n not following a TFR or any real diet at the mo
I want to get back to it some point
Atm I'm just trying to reserect a social life after splitting from a long term relationship tues gone so can do without all the restrictions of a tfr. Not that I've got many offers but any nights out generally involve drinking or eating n when one comes up il be there with bells on
