Anyone 12 stones to 11 stones

Best advice I can give is to take pre-prepared food with you if you can, and if you buy food out, like quick lunch food, avoid packaged sandwiches (unless they're wholemeal and you can count some of it as hexb) and stick with things like pre-cut fruit. And take your book if you can. ;)
 
Evening everyone

Despite a terrible weekend of too much food and booze I lost 2½ lbs this week.

But it will probably catch up with me next week - in fact it's sure to as I'm coming back to the UK on Thursday for 6 days to meet up with some of my other friends on Minis!

That leaves me just ¾ lb from target! :eek::eek: Now that is scarey.

I'm now 11 st 10¾ lbs - but as I don't want to go OUT of the 11s - I'll stay here if you don't mind!! :D
 
Well STS this week so still in the middle of this group 12st8lbs. Had a bad high syns week but started cycling to work again (got hit by a car whilst cycling 3 weeks ago so not been able to since before I started sw 2 weeks ago) so think that evened me out. Clothes feeling looser and moved my belt a notch in the right direction since I started 2 weeks ago so happy with a maintain this week. Going to go for it this week and aiming for my half stone award, 3 pounds to go) I will do it!

Y chilli chicken,fried rice ,combination starter, some crisps, and a choc eclare , it's my first off plan since June start! I hope the scales are kind.

Wow there are some great losses going on in here. Congratulations everyone. I did my measurements and I've list 4cm from my bust and waist in past 7 weeks.
Ellierose thanks for the tips, can feel boring to just eat jacket spuds whilst out but if i eant the weight loss needs must.

really mad at myself - last night was a friend's birthday, was really good with the meal and intended on flexisynning alcohol, unfortunately I got quite drunk (read, absolutely plastered) and ended up having way too much, not even sure exactly how much. Really embarrassed and ashamed today. Just got to get back to goodness for the rest of the week and hope it hasn't done too much damage.
 
Good luck peeps! Well after Birthday booze and Chinese, a very stressful week, I've lost 3.5 LB, got my 4 stone award ;)

really mad at myself - last night was a friend's birthday, was really good with the meal and intended on flexisynning alcohol, unfortunately I got quite drunk (read, absolutely plastered) and ended up having way too much, not even sure exactly how much. Really embarrassed and ashamed today. Just got to get back to goodness for the rest of the week and hope it hasn't done too much damage.

what i've learnt so far is if you do go off the rails and eat and drink too much never beat yourself up about it, just get straight back on plan. One bsd day won't ruin 6 other good days.
 
I haven't been on here in ages as my weight stalled during Nov & Dec. Thankfully Jan has been better & after a 2lb gain over Christmas & new year I've been steadily losing 1lb a week which I'm delighted with.

I'm half way through the 12s now at 12.7 so all going to plan, I'll be moving on to the 11's in 8 weeks!!

Don't beat yourself up, these things happen (quite often to me unfortunatley). Its part of life. Just get back on with it, make yourself some speedy meals & I'm sure it will be fine.

I gained 1lb so back to 12 stone, just as well I didnt leave you all and go into the 11's!! I think my brain wants me to stay here a bit longer :)
Anyway, its onwards and downwards. It is my first gain since I started last august so need to dust myself off and get back out on the wagon again.
 
Thanks leedsrose and emmou, helps to hear that :) I am just looking forward now into the week ahead, I know I'm going to do well for the rest of the week and luckily the badness was tuesday, right at the beginning of the week, and I weigh on sundays so hopefully I'll still get a loss. :)

if its your first gain since August then i think thats pretty good going !! onwards and downwards xx
