I lost 1.25lbs today bringing me to 12.10 and a quarter xx

I lost 3lb last night taking me down to 12st 3lb. Only 3.5lb to go and I'll be in the 11's, woohoo!! Hoping to be outta here (no offence lol!) in the next couple of weeks

i lost 2lbs today taking me to 12stone 9lb exactly.
I only have 9lbs to get to target now (but may lower to 11stone 7 next month depending how i get on) its much harder these days than at the begining.

You are all stuck with me for a while longer im afraid

I'm gutted, I had a gain of 4.5lbs, I am very close to being back in the 13s. 12St 13.5lbs now. Got to pull my finger out and lose that gain as soon as possible.
