Mum's gradually improving and moved hospital to one specialising in rehabilitation with a view to getting her back home if they can or into a care home if they can't, so she's in good hands

littlemissnaughty 10lbs!!! thats good going, well done.

Have my first weigh in since rejoining this morning, Im panicking, I dont feel like Ive lost anything (Im usually a seriel weigher at home but I have been tough with myself and kept the scales away!) Ive also done red days for the whole 7 days.....cant have not lost anything can i???
