WI this morning at 12st4.6lbs! Considering when I came back from my holidays I seen 12st9 on the scales this is brilliant!!
Aiming for 1.5lbs off this week!

Sneaky peak on the scales says i've lost one pound already this week! So aiming to lose 2 on my second week!

Bubbly, I too have had a sneaky look as I was a bit heavy on carbs yesterday! But wow I have lost 1lb too. This puts me back to 12st 7lbs before I gained a bit!! Thrilled to bits. Lost 3lbs last week too. Wow wonder what next weigh in will bring? I drink lots of water anyway but have upped it, so maybe that's why?

Hi all. I weigh in on wednesday and last week I was 12st4lb. Couple of milestones coming up as Im hoping to lose 2 this week to give me my club 10, then the other 2 also gives me my stone and half award. Been a good week so far after an iffy one last week where I was overjoyed at half a pound loss. How is everyone getting on this week?

Ha ha, love it! I once gave blood just before a weigh in rather than after in the hope it would make a difference!

Well done! What are you hoping for next week? My WI is tomorrow, need a good one as I have a mad one planned on Sunday.

We'll I'm on holiday now so not fussed lol. I just wanted my 2.5 stone before I had two weeks off! Plans are uncertain and weather dependant so I may or may not go to weigh in next week but I'm expecting a gain over the next two weeks.
