Hi , I have just started Slimming World last week and lost 2lb , hoping to loose another 2lb this week!! Got cold this week and feel the need for comfort eating but have been good so far , any tips and tricks for a newbie would be greatly appreciated.

It's a real bummer when you make a simple mistake on HExs. We've probably all done it !!!Ok, pretty much wrote off today - not gonna lie.
Realised that my oatso wasn't a HE as it was the pre packed thing that you just add water to. Then I'd forgotten my lunch so, although I chose the chilli, there was obviously syns in that, then after first day back at uni my brain was fried and I was craving junk food so gave in to a burger at kfc THEN got home my very kind dad had bought us all greggs custard slices so I had one of those.
Just gonna draw a line under it and get back on the horse tomorrow, got stew for lunch tomorrow and will make some magic porridge for breakfast.
Lots of water and melon for the rest of the week.
Ah - can't get Muller's here :wave_cry:It's a lovely breakfast alternative. Put some oats in a muller light to soak over night and eat it for breakfast in the morning. A very filling breakfast.
