Hi, hope your all having a good weekend. I really wanted Chinese tonight but was good and made a healthy spag bowel, I'm now happily stuffed!

I got all my weeklies left still & thought I'd have a blow out day tomorrow with a proper roast dinner made by my husband (so will be really bad as he don't worry about how much fat he uses) only problem is I'm feeling guilty about having a blow out & worried I won't lose as much weight! Does everyone use all there weeklies and still lose well?

I always get a good loss with all dalies and weeklies gone its only wen i go over them that its not x x

Oh lucky you I'd love to have a nice glass of white tonight but am saving myself for next weekend! I've got a curry on Thursday & 30th bday party on Saturday, then at the in-laws for a roast on Sunday! Something tells me I'll be putting on that week :-(

I know it sounds stupid, but I can't actually believe that chicken chow mein is 9 ... It just seems so low! To low tbh .. Spesh for a proper takeaway portion .. I usually point it as 20

I agree, but when I did the old style weight watchers I had Chinese once a week & always lost, but yeh it just don't seem right. I'm craving a hot & sour soup right now!

Well I was 100% good last night! Only used 27 points out my 32pp

Hope I have a decent loss this week ! .. Fx I stay good!

I get what u mean. Some chineses doing more veg than noodles so its prob 9 then ya no x

I've been really good this week so far and still have 41 weeklies left. I decided against a naughty roast dinner & went for a healthy one instead with lots of veg, I even left some spuds & a Yorkshire pudding. I think I'm finally able to know when I'm full & can leave food on the plate where before it would kill me to do that!!

I'm still craving a hot & sour soup though, I may have that for for dinner tomorrow :) its only 4 points so not bad but I have to be bothered to go out & get it, lol.

I also made some home made soup today when I was making the baby's food for the week. It's 2 points per serving and its lush! Potato, carrots & leek.

I dint even get weighed on fri cos I've been soooooo bad. I've had 5 days off it & just can't stop eating like a pig. So today I got up & watched "a year to save my life" it's about that woman from Liverpool who lost 10 stone in a yr. I then wrote down why I want to lose weight & it's on my phone as a constant reminder. I then made a soup to eat when bored/ peckish. I prepared a stew for tea. I soooo wanna get out of the 13's.
I've followed sf today & just had 6 of my weekly pp's. So today I'm doin good xxxx
 
Ditto! Been terrible all wk! Stressed out to the max at work and made bad,bad food choices. Didn't weigh in either...have until Friday to pull it back I suppose. Made huge pot of zero curry and loads of sugar free jelly. Stuck at 13,7/10 now for ages so need to kick myself up the arse!

That's great! I'm lacking in motivation myself.... I thought today enough is enough and decided to really try and stick at it as I've been stuck in a rut this whole month. I lose a bit then gain it back grrrr... So,i went on a 3 mile hike Today and ive been within my points and have made sure to track everything! If I don't lose weight soon I'm just going to give up,,,, sigh

I hate feeling like this. Thinkin right that's it I can't do this anymore. I'm just gonna be fat rest of my life. But comin on here, realising my feelings are normal makes me feel better & gives me more motivation. We can get outta the 13's xxxxx
 
I been bit bad today I had 10 points left then ate 12 biscuits! .. Pointed them
After n there 36 points! Choco hobnobs ... 3pp each... Damn!!

So Tht was my tea... Shame I already had my weeklies to... I was a few points under yday and day b4 so fx I still loss
 
Also how do u get your bmi info on the side ?


I'm fighting so hard not to av a pack crisp now!
