Anyone in 13s and wana get down to 12s?

I did the same thing last week, said I hadn't lost on my scales at home when I weighed myself went & got weighed & had lost 1lb so you never know! Good luck!

Sts this week for me but I'm ok with it because it's my totm and usually I gain quite a bit especially on my 2nd day which is today. Feel bleurgh but am happy I didn't gain yay! Am off to chessington today for my LOs belated 2nd birthday. Well done on all the losses and hope you all have a fab day!

I lost half a pound .. Which I think it's crap - I feel like I deserve more!

I'm wondering if it's because last week I never ate chocolate and this week I did (still within my points) so in not eating chocolate again this week ... And see what happens

Stayed the same this week, which I'm pretty happy with seen as I have had about 5/6 days off plan (long weekend lol) so plenty of gym this week in the hope of a good loss next week :) x

I think I'm going mad....

I thought I'd treat myself tonight as we had no money all week so OH bought asda pizzas RF garlic bread and beer batters chips (usual weekend occurrence)

I used to eat the lot, however I managed 2 slices of pizza, 1 chip and 1/2 a garlic bread baguette! :eek:

Don't be silly ... Like Ruth said go back to basics and start afresh ... I know it's frustrating when you just can't seem to go any lower then a certain point ..

I ate what I wanted yday and back on it today .. Ready to go.. I better lose more then half this week
