Anyone in the 11 stone bracket want support to get down to the 10s?

I have a wedding party tonight, will have a decent meal tonight before I go and save my syns for some alcohol. Though not been in the mood for drinking lately so shall see how I go

I've just snuck in at 11.12 this week (started at 13+) so heading slowly but surely in the right direction. 10 stone something seems like a bit of a fantasy for me (not weighed that for years), so the lower end of 11's will do for now and we'll take it from there :D
 
STS this week, which is lucky after the week I have had. Was fearing a gain so happy with STS
I am 5 weeks of a trip to my parents so got to be focused from now on and be losing 2 lbs a week to reach goal by then....lets do it!

Scales at home say 11st 5.5lbs this morning (1lb less than yesterday), but that is after drinking so could be temporary effects of dehydration, not going to get too excited just yet! ;)
 
I didn't know drinking could show a temporary affect on your weight? I guess that makes sense and you learn something new everyday here :).

Was 100% with it yesterday after having OH's homemade wine on Friday night (which led to me scoffing a bag of marmite rice cakes). So guess I must have had approx 28 - 30 syns :eek:. Guesstimate I had 4 syns yesterday, but ate really well all day (loads of free and superfree) and polished halo as I watched OH scoff 4 viennese whirls.

Totally refuse to get back on the scales now until Thursday (my WI day) so we shall see what's what then :).
 
I'm not sure it definitely does so I wouldn't advocate drinking a whole bottle of wine before weigh-in to test the theory ;)

Well done you for getting back on plan so well yesterday, I'm terrible the day after drinking, always want to eat stodge!!

I've been good all weekend only had 1 glass of wine, a record for me haha
 
Hello loveisaverb and welcome! :) Good work on the low alcohol weekend - I started mine with 5 G&Ts so can't claim the same haha!

Had been showing during the week as a 2lb gain though so should feel better (but don't!) but the only things I have done differently this week to recent weeks is have several extra easy days and 2 days which were over 15 syns but I then countered them with low syn days and was within 105 over the week (going on the 7 days x 15 syns total) so bit miffed but have enjoyed trying some new foods and am thinking maybe the meat is *ahem* bunging me up a little? we shall see next week! hope you all have a better WI but here's to a great week for us all :)

Had been showing during the week as a 2lb gain though so should feel better (but don't!) but the only things I have done differently this week to recent weeks is have several extra easy days and 2 days which were over 15 syns but I then countered them with low syn days and was within 105 over the week (going on the 7 days x 15 syns total) so bit miffed but have enjoyed trying some new foods and am thinking maybe the meat is *ahem* bunging me up a little? we shall see next week! hope you all have a better WI but here's to a great week for us all :)

Flexi syns doesn't work for everyone, you may find that it's just not something you are able to do. However it may not be that at all might just be water fluctuations or something else.
 
Never thought I would be in the 11's I'm 11stone 9 - just have to keep going now. I have 94 days until I go to America for my best friends wedding...that is my focus - would love to be in the 10's by then - that's do-able. Off to Brighton this week for a long weekend so have been panicking a bit about eating out etc x
 
Lost 2.5lb this week which makes me spot on 11 stone!! Got my 2 stone award as well :)

Off to a festival this weekend so have plenty of cereal bars for hexb and done my food research of what stalls should be there, so hoping that I get another loss to take me to the next weight band next WI.

Hello. How's everyone doing? This is my first week and seemed to have eaten sooo much food! Is that ususl? to eat loads and still lose? wi is Wednesday so fingers crossed :)
 
Yep that's totally normal, as long as you're eating lots of the right things! :) It's a revelation if you've done other diets, but I've been SW since forever so it feels normal to me!
