I'm new, although i think i had a very frustrated, non committed, up the own backside, struggling time of it before when i came on here ,,,
so i am just having a look round and think this is where i need to be.
lost 17 lbs since boxing day, 34 to go, very impatient - want to see a lb off a week at least again, hoping to do enough to make that happen 1100? instead of 1300 as i've been doing a few days of 1,300
