Still it is * week, i did have a bad weekend and the scales were showing 3lb on on monday so not too bad really.

Hopefully i'll have a good loss next week!! xx

Got into the 11s 2 weeks ago @ 11st13.5, didn't go to wi last week as had a painful mouth Now wi is due tonight and I cant say I have been good really and it is * week so not sure if I will be staying or going back up
