Hi hope you don’t mind me joining the thread, originally thought I was in the 12’s but after my first official weigh in last Tuesday I was 11st 12 even though my scales were saying 12st 3! I think I prefer the ones at SW!
Well a little bit about me, I had my second daughter in Feb (18 months between the 2) after losing over 30lb for the wedding I fell pregnant on our honeymoon and all that weight and more just piled back on and more. The first stone just fell off through breastfeeding and being on the go for 24hrs I think but then I started the cream cake diet telling myself that it was ok as I was still feeding, luckily I only gained a few of those pounds back but really I should have been eating a lot healthier than I was.
After feeling down for the past few months I decided it was time to do something about it, get off my backside and loose some weight and become more active (plus going away for Christmas with the Family and the sister in-law is a size 6-8 and will look like a whale on the beach next to her!)
Not giving myself unrealistic goals so aiming for 1st off by mid December, and get more active if not just for the sake of having more energy for playing with the kids.
