Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Yay -lb this week so now 9.12 so feel more properly in this group! I've got a weekend at centre parcs ahead though so not sure I'll be here next week ;) xxxx
 
What height are you Chlobo? I also struggle to get past 8st 13lb, literally had to starve myself before my wedding to get to 8st 10lb! X

Ah really, it's a tough weight to get past obviously!! Think I need to be doing some kind of exercise again really. It's been a few weeks of nothing much!

I'm 5ft 2in, so technically it should be easy for me to get lower! Time will tell!....

What are you at the moment Tigger?
 
I've been attempting to get into the 8 ' s for years but just when I get close I seem to go off track! I can't tell you my weight as I measured in kg at 60.9 converter it online to 9.5 then on the same scales measured in stones and it says 9.8 so who knows! Anyway I'm on week 2 of SW although had one bad diet day celebrating some good news and had been under counting gluten free rolls! I've been doing extra easy but thinking of doing red for a week to reduce the carbs - I only eat fish/chicken/turkey though.

well done everyone who has been getting into the 9 ' s heading for the 8 ' s - hope we can all get there!

Sneaking back in here after a few months absence! Hopefully there are still a few familar faces lurking :)

Back up at 10st4lb after lots of laziness and comfort eating. Aiming to get back down to 9st 7lb. Ordered a polar heart rate watch to keep me on the straight and narrow exercise wise hopefully! x

I have a polar strap that works with my phone but keep forgetting to use it - I might give it another go!

First weigh in tomorrow so we will see (through only been on track since Monday so just a few days but I want weigh ins to be Friday so I can eat more at weekends then be good during the week hehe)

Really enjoying the heart rate monitor so far as it makes me work harder as the watch is judging me :p

Did have 2 cocktails last night as some friends are over visiting from America and well be rude not to :p but other than that 4 days mostly on track is a lot more than I have managed in a longggg time x

I have weeks like that. Weigh in next Thursday after week in NYC. I really think I'm going to finish October not losing anything. Really annoying!!
 
I've been the same bouncing around 9st 13 - 9st 10 for weeks and weeks. I've done just over 10 days of calorie counting and I've dropped 4lb. I'd definitely recommend it just to check your portion sizes. I've definitely been over eating.
