I have the wedding tom..not going to be on plan but I don't feel guilty. I am going to take each bit of food and drink as it comes as I have no idea what it will be. Drink wise I shall more than likely stick to Morgan spiced as I am sure even with a 25-35ml measure it is still better than wine?
Missing my wine a little but remembering how bad it can make me feel.
Will be good today and tom up until wedding time. When I think about it I don't think it will be disaster as I don't need to have dessert.
I went to M&S for bra fitting. SHe shocked me by sayin I was between E and F cup. They aren't big at all. When I was pregnant yes but now they have "dropped so much" as she very depressingly put it. Anyway she didn't have strap less to fit and The one she gave me to try was pretty rubbish. Long story short I went to Asda, took the bigggest size which was dd tried it on with my dress and its totally fine. Feel safe in it and it cost me six quid....result
Thanks ladies, going to keep doing the slim a tea every other night to see if it is helping.
Now I need to go get some low fat hang over munchies for Sunday lol

You go & enjoy yourself Deb & yep its best to avoid the wine as it can give you wicked hangovers! I like to drink Morgans over ice!
Told you M & S were c*** for bra's! Told you you'd be surprised what size you are as well! What size did you think you were? Billy bargain getting a bra so cheap in Asda as well. Take a pic for us all tomorrow as would love to see you in our dress & go & have a jolly good time xx

I will Kim...well oh takes rubbish pics so may get my three year old to do it...honestly thought I was back to a C cup as I got measured after baby, in fact year after at a little independent place and I am sure its a c..need to check.
Honestly Iam sure my George bra is fine. How depressing "they have dropped from having baby comment" they look like spaniels ears...no joke. At least she said I had very slim back. She probably seen the look of devastation on my face and had to redeem herself ha ha
Got 3 bras the same as they were in sale for 3 pound each. Dunno why I got 3 the same but they felt so good on. Proper hold me up

I'm so tired glad its Friday. Got two interview invites for next week as well, one for senior lunchtime supervisor and one for learning support assistant fingers crossed. Not heard from the one at the school I volunteered at yet though.

I applied for two learning support assistant ones, one at primary and one at secondary (its the secondary I'm waiting to hear from) I'd applied for a few lunch time supervisor ones a while back just in case nothing else came up and got a couple of interviews which I've had to cancel, one was too far away and one is on the same day as this LSA one, and this senior lunchtime supervisor one. It's nice to finally be getting some interviews in

I'd be happy with any job offer, but really want an LSA one, I think I'd prefer the secondary, just because I've worked in that school before and know how friendly the staff are but I do love working in primary as well, so I would be over the moon with any as I love working with older and younger children. Hopefully I'll hear from the secondary one soon, would be great if I actually ended up being able to pick from the jobs.

I find looking for new jobs over whelming and even tho I dislike my own I really do not know what I want to do. My bosses are amazing and it suits me just now. Extra money would help but happy to wait. KEep us posted Donna x

I wouldn't say a few days would undo your work, although I do get really annoyed when I can't do it (going to have two days next week where I might not be able to do it with these interviews, will still do running but might not have time for my crosstrainer) and I'm getting worried about it already, which is silly. The main problem I think with it is when you get out of it the longer you leave it the harder it is to get back into it.

To be honest after Tuesday I had been and forgot. Sounds silly but it didn't even enter my head. Will get back into it this week.
Scales still showing 8st 5.75 so exciting lol I ruined it by having crisp last night but building a bridge and gettin over it.

I already have it in blue and it's lovely, so bought it in red for Christmas. It's gorgeous though, a lot brighter then it looks on the photo.

Have fun at Kettlebells, I've done my run now and relaxing the rest of the day, going to do the food shop but that's it. Really looking forward to the Christmas market tomorrow, just hope it isn't a disappointment

Yep its straight & over ice......normally only drink it at the end of the night when we go to a function in the Mess, as its just so smooth & a lovely night cap.

How long does it take for a few extra syns to register on ur weigh?

Fri I had an extra 5 syns on a glass of wine but the next morning I was still 1/2 lb down.
And then yesterday I went to market and went over my syns by having a beer, some curry and then sushi. But I'm another 1/2lb down this morning. So I've lost 1lb

Will that one pound go back on do u think? I still drank between 2-3litres of water each day

To be honest I wouldn't even worry about it! Im sure you enjoyed it, so surely thats more important than a number on the scales. You dont eat/drink like that everyday & it might not even make any difference to your WI on Tuesday as you may have balanced yourself out with your intake over the week.
But in answer to your question.....I dont know lol! x

Had a lovely duvet day yesterday & didn't even get out of my jammies......dirty beeatch lol!!!

Quite productive day today.......dog walked, bag of leaves raked, some food shopping, cooked a Quorn Veggie Curry & baked some more Scan Bran Carrot Muffins. Have tweaked the recipe slightly to make them even scrummier.

How was the wedding Deb? Looking forward to seeing some pics of you in our dress!
