Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

suggestions would be good. bear in mind i hate cooking and the little one kicking about while i concentrate doesn't help lol...the meal is for the 3 of us but i know your right so yes please.
looking to start exercising next week too. was going to do 4 weeks sw without exercise then introduce it to see difference but will see x

Starters......mushrooms stuffed with Phili cheese/prawn cocktail/smoked salmon/pate
Main......steak with a sauce/sea bass/list is endless!!
Dessert......strawberries & creme fraiche/sw mouse

The list is endless, but if you tell me what you like to eat I can always come up with something for you x

probably not as that would be way after 8pm - not sure i could wait that long plus we dont mind as its about your loved ones ;o)
not sure i will do anything but the prawn cocktail and steak i could manage - do yu make own sauce?

i am struggling so bad this week - just want to eat and eat and eat. Brought whole pineapple with me today to snack on and have eaten the whole lot plus 2 boiled eggs, one ww yoghurt and low fat noodles. I have 7.5 syns left which i am hoping the healthy extra cereal bar will see me through both tonight and tomorrow meaning i am not going over. Can feel myself stressing about it all. Could also be doing with some wine this weekend but the 27 or so syns is sending a chill through me. Not sure what is worse the syns for wine or the fact that i dont think i can survive withouth syns for junk during the week. Surely i cant live life having a "treat" every night? most times its not long after dinner and i am not even sure i want it. Perhaps i will get some pickles and cold meat in for the greedy attacks. Does no one else stuggle?

Trying work syns out I used a 300g tub of tesco healthy options chive and onion thought it was synned ? Could someone check for me pls
I also used 40g cheese but its served 4 so that's 10g could I say it's 1/4 hexa ??

think its harder when people feed you my friends are the same "oh it's only a little" or "you need to have some treats" makes it all harder especially when you've planned your food.
But on the other hand it's only one cupcake ;-)

I agree with Kim too you should cook something for valentines me and my hubby have our 19th anniversary on Friday and I've said I'll cook something special not sure what yet though lol x

Yes I make my own sauce then I know how many syns I've had.
I have a treat every night, usually chocolate. Try to stop calling them 'greedy' as you're not greedy.....if you're hungry eat!

I agree with you kim although i wanted to do something this year as we never get out as we have limited babysitters, we hardly get time to ourselves as usually once little one is in bed we are ready to crash ourselves once chores have been done. Hence why i was thinking of a nice M&S dinner to make it a bit more than the "norm" - dont even know why as its not something i would do normally. Just feels like ground hog day lately - all work and no play
As you can tell i am feeling rather sh8ty today - not sure if its PMT or feeling completely sould destroyed in work - honestly i have been clock wathching all week.

Ronnie you are doing great - what are you planning on making?
 
Ladies I have just been to pizza hut.....but I went with my app in hand. The pizzas were 8 syns a slice ooooor the cheese and veg pasta was 9 syns for the lot so had that and unlimited salad. Feel very proud of myself :)
 
Well done!!! That would have been very hard to say no to pizza lol

Sorry for PMT head earlier - work combined with tiredness etc was setting me off my head. Still on plan and feel good for it. Many moments of "stuff it" today esp when i had the shakes but managed to refrain from the cupcakes that were in my bag and have grapes and slimatea instead while dinner was cooking.
Looked about for some red day ideas so feel better for doing that. Does anyone know the new allowance for Feta Cheese?

Last week I couldn't get enough choc and today although I was knackered all day at work I've not had any (saving myself for a curly wurly later )
I'd blame hormones and sometimes you just have to give in to those cravings and move on

How did it go at your friends house and the cupcake ??

it was good - i arrived and the 2 for little one and OH was in a bag all sealed. Was tempted to stop the car and get one when i had the shakes but didnt - rather pleased. I know i have syns (some) and healthy extra for my cereal bar so if i want it i will have it - usually i can eat eat eat then be ok during the build up to star week. If i can get past it i will be doing good as i really want to stand on the scales on Friday knowing i have did well and the onlly thing in my way is the fact that it is star week. Would love to see if there is a difference when doing excercise so want to keep going - do a little experiment so think i will either do 3 weigh ins then start excercising and see how it pans out over the next 3 ;o)
 
Sometimes you have to give in with the cravings otherwise you will binge!

I have other good news. We have had ofsted in this week and I was observed team teachig today and got outstanding :-D
