Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Oft started back with jillian and shred tonight. Happy happy happy as i had to push myself to do it. Plus i took some photos of myself but will get OH to take proper ones tomorrow. I am happy with my arms. Tummy isn't too bad but jumps too much for my likening. Main area is thighs...very outwards ugh
So got to end of the month for my overnight stay at spa and six months til my holiday..surely that is motivation enough!!

and well done on the shred Deb, I've given up on my stomach it's still a very wobbly and jumpy. Hopefully you can sort yours out with the shred, you seem quite happy with your body though :) that's good to see.


I just worked out with a cal counter that to maintain on Sunday I should have eaten 3000 cals with my run (not sure how accurate that is) so maybe all that extra flapjack won't hinder my losses after a 100% week apart from yesterday

We decided to get wee one christened the day before our holiday. While we have everyone together we are going to get married. Only my sister knows. Everyone will come for christening then surprise wedding. We wanted to christen him as a married couple. Only 20 odd folk will be invited. Low key, minimal fuss lol Go for dinner in lovely hotel then we leave to go to hotel at airport for our holiday next day...yay. So exciting x

I can't help but worry, hopefully tomorrow will be a good result and then I can relax this week with mothers day and the race
 
really gutted, my sister had just told me someone saw her today and thought she was me, apparently she was getting really excited shouting my name to her, my sister spoke to her briefly and said how she was my sister, she asked if I was on facebook so my sister said yes and gave her my surname. I thought the only person I'd want to hear from who hasn't seen me in long enough to confuse me for my sister is someone I used to work with in a book shop when I was doing my A-Levels, but thought what are the chances it was her... anyway my sister described her and it WAS her, but my facebook was extremely private so only friends and friends of friends could find me, I've changed my settings but hoping she didn't search for me straight away.... as she wouldn't have found me.... I've searched for her with what I think was her surname but can't find her either :( I looked a few months ago as well, gutted. Might try and sweet talk my brother into going into the shop I used to work in and asking the manager if she still goes in and if she does passing on my number or email, but it was years ago we worked today 6 in fact!!!! Plus my brother is really shy so don't know if he will...

will be interesting to see how my WI goes this evening.

The weathers awful here, really hoping it warms up and the fog lifts before I have to go to running club :/

Its good to hear you feeling happy with your bod, so if you keep up with JM just think how toned you'll be by your holidays in September.
Im enjoying maintaining & still feel more relaxed, but feeling rather bloated at the mo as doing lots of nights so quite inactive.....need some time off!

Feel pleased i finally started. Wee twinges here and there but at least i can walk lol. Been eating without stressing and surprisingly not been eating rubbish. Will keep going with focus on exercise. See the difference after month x
 
I really suck at keeping up with everyone on this lol I take one day off and loads has happened. We shud make a private fb group since this board is so active. It would be easier to keep up with lol

Well done on the losses ladies.

Yeh I don't even understand the science behind it, yesterday was a fast day and I had loads of energy doing my run at the gym. Today wasn't a fast day and I really struggled with my exercise today :-/ did a kettleworx workout at home then decided to try my first outdoor run OMG the hills are killer!! X
 
What did you eat today though Laura, sometimes eating the wrong foods can make it harder, some things sit heavy on your stomach and its hard to guess which one's those are.

I gained 1/2lb, so I'm 9 stone 2 1/2 nearly out of target :( I know I didn't count syns on Sunday but I am a little gutted. Not going to let it ruin this week though, enjoying my half marathon on Sunday and will eat what I need to get it completed, will also enjoy my food after as I think I will deserve it. Can get back to slimming the week after. Training went well anyway, had a really good session and feel great now, one good thing about running and weighing on the same day, a good exercise session always lifts my mood is WI has been disappointing.
 
In all honesty Donna, i don't think you should be concerned at all. With all the running you're doing i would have thought you would be increasing your muscle mass, so i bet you're shrinking in size. I suggest you try something on you haven't worn for a few months & see how you look & feel in it. You seem to be have been maintaining at 9.2 for a while now, so why not have that as your target & see how you get on.

I've only been maintaining around it because I haven't been sticking to plan, I haven't had a 100% week for at least 4 weeks and some of those weeks have been terrible, so I know I can get lower. It's just I've had different things on, like this week with my half and it being mothers day. After this week I have at least one week where I can be 100% though so will hopefully see a good loss then. I don't want to loose loads of weight, but I'd rather be at my target of 9 stone or below rather then hanging around the higher end like I am at the moment.
 
At least I know then that u are maintaining even tho uve been off plan and enjoying naughty foods :)
And u know what u need to do to lose the extra lbs :)
 
I went to weigh in yesterday and as I was standing in line to be weighed I noticed that there was a slimmer of the week certificate for me on the wall! Dated at the start of feb for losing 2lbs.
I'm a bit annoyed that I was never awarded it or even made aware of it because I've always wanted to win an award. And if I had of got that award then it would have gave me motivation that I needed for last month because I really struggled and failed.

Ugh I asked my consultant about it and she didn't say much, basically didn't even say oh here take this copy or anything

well I haven't really been maintaining either, I've been slowly gaining, 1.5lbs on over the past 3 weeks, which yes I know isn't bad when I've been off plan 1/2lb each week really isn't something to moan at, but I think its just annoying me because I know this week is another bad one and I don't want to go out of my target :( but will be very surprised if I do manage a maintain or even a 1/2lb gain.

That's really odd, does your consultant usually hand out stickers and certificates for slimmer of the week? I'd ask her again next week but rather then ask about it, straight up ask for a certificate and sticker. You deserve it if you were the slimmer of the week, why should you go with out?



Today isn't panning out to be a good day for me :( messing around with 3, I want to try and cancel my contract but I can't call them because to speak to anyone I have to have my PIN which I don't ever remember setting up (which I think is ridiculous, why do I need a PIN to speak to my mobile phone company from my mobile phone???) I tried resetting it online but I need a couple of memorable words, which I do remember setting up over the phone years ago... around 4 or 5 years ago, but they must have spelt them wrong as when I type them in it keeps saying its wrong!!!! Oh and best of all it tells me to call to get them changed.... but I can't call because when I do all it asks me for is my PIN!?!? So ended up late dropping little one off because I was trying to sort that out (well luckily not late, late, but later then we normally get there, had to rush around as I'd forgot to do his packed lunch as well) then had to go into town to post boyfriends mums mothers day present which I had to send first class as even though I've been hassling him for weeks to get it all written on and wrapped so I could send it early and get away with comfortably sending it second he only decided to do it yesterday, went to my fruit shop though and picked up some lovely pears and plums.... but since I've been home all I've done is eat... all on plan but today I've already had a banana, some shreddies, a plum, a few spoonfuls of rice pudding and a pear..... I'm starving!!! I could easily eat my lunch now but not going to as obviously then I'll be starving later instead and we're having tea at my mums so will be eating later then usual. Really hope there's no spare pudding at school as I don't think I could say no and I want to keep syns to 5 syns a day this week when I don't have plans.
