Yea she does normally give out certificates and sticker. I'm raging about it because I've never win anything and I doubt ill win again because I've alot less to lose than most ppl in class.

I'd def mention it again, it really isn't fair, I know how you feel... I got slimmer of the week before Christmas and was shocked as didn't think I'd ever get that again (I got it once when I first started) it does mean a lot, I don't mind not winning it as I'm a lot smaller but it still great to win it, especially as we don't expect it at our size.

I'll get it sorted, apparently they'll get back to me within 5 working days.... luckily my contract isn't up until May, so should be able to cancel it by then. I've been with them for years and have always hated them but never got round to changing as they've sweet talked me around the time my contracts due and I've just though well its easier to stick with them, I've already got another contract sorted with vodaphone, they're doing it for £16 unlimited internet, unlimited texts and 300 minutes... which should be enough for me, at the moment I'm paying £27 with 3 (oh and my new one will be free for the first month, so just means I'll have 1 or 2 months overlap where I'll pay for them both, but it seemed too good a deal to pass up (it's on as a second contract with my boyfriends) which means it will be handy as they'll both be up for renewal at the same time and he's been with vodaphone for years and never had any problems.

I think I'm just in one of those moods at the moment, need something to lift it, which doesn't look likely for a while. Still feel all bunged up and rubbish the fog is still here!!! I just want to go back to be to be honest lol)

Are the contracts normally 18 months as might look for a cheaper deal elsewhere? Do you have to hand your phone back if you change providers, as the phone was free with contract?

A lot of contracts are 24 months now so you'll have to check with 3, no once the contracts up you get to keep the phone.

My mums gutted I'm leaving 3 as she's on them as well so says she won't be able to ring me as much, but to be fair none of us have had good service with 3, I'd def try and convince her to move when she comes to the end of her contract, my Auntie was the same.

Hopefully you'll have a better experience with them.

Kim i am with 3 and both our phones are unlimited internet and both £25 per month..just got new phone too. If your contract is up you should give them phone see what they can do.

Aching after Monday shred session..didn't do last night but will tonight. Ate rubbish today...

It's always worth shopping around once your contracts due anyway and telling the company your with what you've found as its funny how cheap they can suddenly make some contracts if another company is offering the same. My deal with vodaphone is only so cheap because boyfriends with them, although he's got the same but with limited internet for £18 so still good.... oh and he also gets 100 free picture messages for the first few months, which is a bit random.

I wander if its so expensive because of my phone....its a Samsung Galaxy S2 which I got free with the contract?? DH's contract is only £15 but doesn't have the same amount of minutes etc. Im sure I have an 18 month contract, so will defo shop around when its due up in August.

If you aren't overly fussed about having the latest expensive phone then sim only contracts are the way to go. I tend to just buy a phone for around £100 that gets you something pretty decent, then a sim only deal is usually about tenner a month and that normally gets me unlimited internet and texts and 300mins (I never use many minutes but bits not much more for extra) the best part is that you can cancel with 30days notice at anytime so if you find another deal you fancy just go for it, they often do good cahback deals through quidco sometimes offering as much as £100 (takes about 3 months to get the cash back paid straight into your bank) if you sign up for 12month contract. So over a year I pay out £120 but get £100 cash back so only costs me £20 really. Like I said no phone with that but I tend to upgrade about every year and sell my old phone which usually gets about £50 or more back.

So for a whole years phone bill and a new phone every 12months as most are 2year contracts nowadays it costs me £70 or £20 if I don't upgrade my phone lol! Defo worth checking out if trying to keep costs down. X

Im just back from a 3 mile powerwalk with Charlie & just done 150 situps.....need to get rid of this belly adipose lol!
I've had to start back on my neuropathic drug as still getting a lot of pain & Im hoping with that & the Chiropractor Im seeing, I can one day be pain free as its so limiting at the moment & doing my nut in lol! A couple of the side effects of this drug that affects me is, one it depresses my appetite & two it makes me 'hyper' for a week or so......which is all good as Im always tired coz I do too many nights so its giving me a buzz, but not sure I want it to suppress my appetite too much as I do love my food lol! Haha, third side effect is it makes me talk too much, or is that sleep deprivation lol! Mad bloody woman lol!

One thing Deb, make sure you drink lots of clear fluids now you've started exercising as it will help flush out the lactic acid that builds around your muscles making you sore & as you know the muscle will also retain fluid to help repair itself, but that retention will soon go & you will see fabulous results!

Kim i am sleeping on my feet. Little one had me up then other half had me up being sick then little one had me up again before alarm went off at 540 ugh. Also just had slice fish with slice bread then slice toast. Feeling extra bloated lol....moan moan moan

So funny vicky as that was the way i imagined Kim..the way i am after too much coffee ha ha
Kim just concentrate on being pain free before worrying about exercise.
Am not going to beat myself up this week. Having a week off from it. If i decide to leave jillian tonight and watch the very lovely gents in prison break instead i will ha ha

Rrrrr true. I have the s3 and I love it. I only have a 12 month contract tho cos I like the latest model!!!
