Vicky, you have a lovely figure & if you keep up with the exercise Im sure the wedding dress will fit perfectly. As I said above to Deb, eat a healthy balanced diet i.e SW & CV work & you will tone up lovely.
Its funny tho that we all seem to have our problem areas around our middle.....maybe its a stumpy short person thing lol!
Dont forget tho Deb, your BMR may be 1400, but you have to then add in the amount of exercise you do to get your TDEE & then get a deficit of 3500 calories per week to lose a pound. So, you can work your TDEE from the formula below.
Harris Benedict Formula To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:
[*]If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
[*]If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
[*]If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
[*]If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
[*]If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9
that's what i did though i can't see your calculation..it said to deduct 20% from tdee figure?
