Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Couldnt exercise as much this week for obvious reasons, but pretty pleased with the outcome of the 8 week challenge!
Aim achieved for the BIG DAY - 8st 6.5lbs!!!

Thank you ladies for all the fabulous support you've given me. Its been a real pleasure in 'getting to know you all' & long may it continue!

Start Weight: 8st 11lbs
End Weight: 8st 6.5lbs

Wk 1: PowerWalk x 4, Situps x 4, Cycling Tabata x 3....100% Days 6/7
Wk 2: Jog x 1, Cycle x 1, Powerwalk x 1, Situp's x 1....100% Days 7/7
Wk 3: Jog x 2, Cycle Tabata x 1, Situps x 1..............100% Days 7/7
Wk 4: Cycle x 1, Powerwalk x 1.............................100% Days 7/7

8st 8.5lb for me today.. lost 3/4 of a pound. was doing well to a point ha. but happy with that as i want to get 1.5 off for Friday coming. big ask considering i didn't lose pound this week but have my weekend away so need curb the damage. plus need start exercise again. naughty naughty.....been nearly week

Thanks Deb. Yes haha at the Peppa Pig bag, hubby put his prezzies in that in case I wasn't 8.7.....warped sense of humour!

going to attempt rice pudding...never tried it so not sure what to expect. any hints or tips welcome lol i assume its only free on green and ee?

Just weighed in 10.4 so lost the 3/4 happy with that its on its way down.
Listened to the app again last night and feeling positive again this morn so all good xx

going to attempt rice pudding...never tried it so not sure what to expect. any hints or tips welcome lol i assume its only free on green and ee?

I make it with milk and sweeteners and count it as a hex but you can make it with water not sure if it will taste as creamy maybe do half and half.
I make it for the four of us and use 1 cup rice pud to 3 cups milk and add 4 sweeteners. Bring to the boil slowly and let it simmer till all milk absorbed and rice is soft oh I add a sprinkle of cinnamon as well be careful cause it does stick to bottom of the pan.
Let us know I love rice pud really filling too xx

Thanks Deb, its not too far, I would need a car for this one (boyfriend was saying he could drive me to this one but considering we have to get little one to school and then factor in if he has meetings ect. it wouldn't work) but if I got the job then we could get a second car over summer to be fair. One of the others I'm applying for I'd need a car too, but the others are either walking distance or I could get the bus until we sorted a second car out.

Good idea with the cous cous, I'm gong to be taking a massive bowl of veggie pasta to the BBQ on Monday, I'm still going to eat some of the other food obviously but as lond as there's something good there I think I can relax a little more. If we buy some cous cous I'll make some of that to take as well as my Auntie loves my cous cous.

I do it with water and add yogurt after its cooked to make it creamier, but I haven't had proper rice pudding for probably a decade so I don't remember how creamy that tastes lol. Other then that I make it as above :)
