Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

busy busy busy...just popping in to say i did the challenge. 70 squat and 30 crunches. should have rest day tomorrow then catch back up on Sunday. not finding it hard just boring having to count lol

So thats the difference from 24th of March to now. Not bad for 7ish weeks is it? especially seen as Ive had my op in there too! Gonna get my OH to take a pic later too x

Odd question but where do you measure your hips? I've looked it up online and it seems to be measured mid bum if that make sense? I'm going to do my measurements on Sunday and then do them a month from now too.

I want to loose the weight I've gained since before Christmas and then have a think about whether I want to loose a little more, I don't think I will want to loose anymore then that though. I have quite shapely legs at the moment and don't want them to just be sticks, also don't want to loose anymore of my boobs lol
 
Awww donna u look gorgeous.

Im really happy with my pic. I dont think I oook that bad to say I weogh 10 4 and im still over weight according to my bmi!
 
You can see what I mean about needing a hair cut though can't you, I want to grow it but a little worried they may have to cut quite a bit off just to get it looking neat, but needs be. Thank you :)

Ha - as if you're still counted as over weight, you are def proof that BMI is a load of rubbish! You look fab

Yer I was 10 13 then started hypnosis and now im 10 4. I just think im naturally heavy.

So ive found my photo from when i started hypnosis and compared it with now so thats -9lbs.

Thank you Debbie. I am happy, I just know I'm getting into a spiral of putting weight on which I really don't want, well none of us do do we, I wouldn't want to get too skinny as one it wouldn't look nice and two I need the muscle for my running ;)

Vic you look amazing, I've just seen your only 5 3 as well, you must have nice healthy bones to be the weight you are. You def look nice and healthy. Amazing what a difference 9lbs makes, although I don't think you looked bad at that point either.

You definitely look smaller than me and we are the same weight... But maybe we don't see it ourselves if I do look like you then I'm a happy bunny lol
I hope the hypnosis has the same results for me I can honestly say that I think it's working I've had a great couple of days making good choices and no snacking, had 10 speed/superspeed foods per day as well so fingers crossed the scales will begin to fall x

Ladies you both look gorgeous & have absolutely nothing to worry about with your figures & neither of you need to lose any more weight.......there, you're both told & you should listen to me as I believe I am the 'elder' of the group lol!

Woke up at 6am this morning, which is a tad early, so poor DH had no chance for a lie in lol!
Need to titavate with the body today & de-fluff ready for tonights Ball & then pack up to go as its in Taunton, so will be staying at our other house (DH's crash pad in the week!) Not sure what the food is tonight, but Im just going with the flow & get back on it on Monday, as tomorrow will be a hangover munchie day I bet lol!

Oopsie, WI day wasn't a surprise with a HUGE 2.75lb gain LOL! Its the first time I've stood on the scales & not freaked out with a gain! I had 4 days off plan, with very little exercise, so just what I need is a social tonight haha! Do I look any different with an extra 2.75lbs.....NO, as this is all part of maintaining now with ups & downs on the scales! I had so many comments last week at my party about how 'skinny' I was & how did I do it etc, so Im feeling pretty happy with the way I look & DH never leaves me alone LOL!
