Thanks, there's some others where you can see how tired I am, I must have stopped smiling too soon lol. The stream was great, its a very hard race, but would do it again, maybe not next year but the year after.

Been to the hairdressers and she was lovely, she said she suffers with scalp problems too and also thinks I'll be okay getting highlights, so think I'll treat myself to them at the end of July. They cut more then I would have hoped off, but that was my own fault as I haven't been to the hairdressers for ages with me being so nervous about it, so I asked her to take off all my split ends, no point telling her to keep it long if it wasn't going to look nice still.

Haha I thought that too Donna when I got my hair cut from very long to short bob......but no the scales didn't move!!

love that feeling. I get mine done every 6 - 8 weeks depending on cash flow lol and i feel like i am floating out the salon. I have a LOT of hair. Show us a picture, did you get lots off?

I'll be getting mine done again in about 9 weeks, going to get highlights too


102_6645.JPG quite a bit compared to how long it was before. Excuse the lack of make-up took this for ou as was about to say wait for the weekend, but it might not look the same after I've styled it myself lol. I notice the shortness more when tying it up for work, I used to have a massive pony tail whereas its just a little bit now

Not sure yet, probably lighter brown as my hair is quite dark, don't think I'd dare go blonde

and thank you, I do actually have really nice hair when I look after it (not wanting to sound full of myself) so I need to make sure I don't get out of the habit of seeing this hairdresser, as I think it looks awful when I just leave it for too long
 
When we were in tesco tonight I decided to jump on the scales that measure your body fat etc well laugh it said I was 10.11 1/2 ha ha and my fat index was 47% OMG !!!!!
Anyway got home and though I'll get on my scales and I was 10.101/2 so I suppose they are right so I took my boots and clothes off so butt naked I was 10.41/2 ha ha ha lost 6lbs is 1 minute can't do better than that ;-)

Think ill keep with wi in the morning here's hoping for a loss tomorrow :)

Deb are you going to listen to the app tonight ?
 
argh i was only able to watch half of the finale - what a tease

ronnie i need money into my debit account before i can download it...hopefully tomorrow. I know you recommend it so its on my list ;o)

Last week was 10.4 so down 1 3/4 which is a good loss for me just looking at my signature which I don't update cause never go on computer only use minis on my phone but I've been messing about at 10.4-10.5 now for 6 weeks. Need to have another good week this week might even get back in the 9's :).
I'am going to an Indian buffet tonight but I don't really do curry so not sure what I'll have, Just going go with the flow. Meeting some girls I used to work with we try to meet up every couple of months but its usually once a year, but this year we are doing well and this is the second time :), miss working with them so it will be great to catch up x

R u wi deb ?
