A wedding one Kim!!!
Sts for me :) this week.
Great loss Donna....in the 9's now:)

Great idea Debbie!
Well done on the sts, you're doing great at maintaining.......do you stick to Red all the time to keep the maintainance going, or do your own thing food wise?

I stick to red days, I don't eat extra hex b it just doesn't work for me:(
I do a lot of exercise but for me it's very much diet that helps me maintain.

I don't know when to sigh this week. I weighed this morning which showed another STS which I'm happy with as I've been at mum and dads all week whilst rich worked away.

Depending on the food I take tonight I might weigh in tomorrow as normal!

Thanks ladies, I'm really happy I'm back in the 9's, going to concentrate on being healthy and exercising to tone up and just see what happens with my weigh. If I maintain I'll be happy but I also wouldn't mind getting to 9 stone 7... possibly 9 stone (just don't want to lose my boobs if I go that low lol)

The dress is only a primark one lol, but it made me look really slim this morning. Might try and get a pic later if I remember

Well, I`m back from my mini-break and feeling a bit down :(

I`ve really been off plan and of minimins for several weeks now.
Hope everyone is doing ok. Need to really get my head back on plan
and not really sure how.
I`ve really been hitting the chocolate recently. Using my syns just doesn`t seem
to be enough. My size 12`s are getting really tight and I need to sort myself out.
I`m back to normal healthwise after my accident a few weeks ago. Need to get back
to exercising as well!!

I`ll try not to go AWOL again!! :D

Hi Annette, welcome back & hope you had a good break.
Don't worry, you're not alone in the way you're feeling as it happens to all of us after a spell away from SW & MM :sigh:
The only advice I can give you is to go back to basics & start as if you are a beginner to SW.....a must is a daily food diary (I still do one on my tablet!)
Go shopping & stock up on lots of healthy food & write a meal plan for the week......hopefully this will get your enthusiasm back for healthy eating again.
I found after Xmas when I wasn't following SW, I had to go cold turkey on the chocolate front & didn't have any all of January.....Im back on it now tho lol!
Try & drink 2 litres of clear fluid to flush yourself out.

Weigh yourself on Monday & just go for it. Come on here as much as you can, cos I find it really helps & there is normally somebody about :)

Yes GA everything Kim said. Am not doing sw but now trying to just exercise. Pretty happy but know i need to take kims advice and get back on it. I just find that for me just now i am doing what i can on a limited budget but also trying hard not to buy crisp chocolate i can't afford so my task is to drink loads, not eat rubbish but have 3 meals per day
Hope your good x

10 months old already !

Awww Nikki, she is gorgeous and you look great too.... love how happy you both are in that pic :)

Aghhh-honeymoon shopping is a nightmare, can I just go on my own? I have the pickiest fiancé ever, he's just ''pointing out what might be problems'' but he has problems with ruddy everything, we might not be able to afford Africa, but it will be hurricane season in Mexico and the Caribbean, but he doesn't want to go to the med as we can do that anytime and it's not special..... he better chuffing come up with something we can do soon otherwise we're going to be falling out

Thanks for the sound advise. You`re right as always, Kim!!
Went to Asda & did quite a big shop. stocked up on loads of sw
friendly goodies. Just need to put it into practice!!
I`ll do a diary on my computer as well.
I`ll do my best to limit my chocolate. Hopefully a diary will help
focus the mind!!

Thanks hun :) I've been to the Caribbean in September before and it was perfect! Think we had a couple of rain showers but nothing major.

What about looking at the Maldives? It's not the rainy season then but not sure on current prices. I defo would rule out Mexico because you have more chance of rain than you do in say Dominican/Jamaica/Cuba.

Have a look at Sri Lanka and Goa because they are very reasonable prices too.

I have a pot for the honeymoon and I'm putting the odd fiver here and fiver there in it because we don't want it to come out of the wedding budget so I'm substituting my subway salad I have at lunch haha. On the ship it is dollars so we are buying the odd dollars here and there and going ask for dollars for pressies because we want to upgrade to all inclusive and it's £900 on top of the £4000 the honeymoon is costing. Going to save lots of change for it!

Thanks Nikki, will take a look, can you suggest any travel agents as well? We've spoken to someone at kuoni, but I think they're going to be expensive... looking at first choice at the minute as well

Donna.......why not sit down and look at places that suit your budget and what you want from it ....i.e sun, adventure, walking, good food, relaxing, etc etc. The world is so small now and there are too many choices to choose sometimes, so I think you have to narrow it down to what you want from it.
How about Italy.....you could have a beach honeymoon, go to the lakes/mountains, historic......I love Italy :)

Im normally a Morrisons/Tesco shopper, but we went to Asda laxt week for somewhere different and I couldn't believe how much cheaper some things were......and they do a fabulous 1kg pot of natural yogurt!
Why not post your diary on here everyday for a week to get you started, as you're right it will help you focus and then you cant cheat lol!

I love Italy Kim, but I don't think he thinks it is far enough for a honeymoon.... told you-just awkward

We've spoke about it and he has admitted that actually if we're somewhere with a stunning hotel and room, with the all inclusive then it wouldn't be the end of the world if we did have some rain. The hotel in Mexico has a jacuzzi bath in the room, all inclusive mini bar and all inclusive room service.... so if it was raining we wouldn't even have to leave the room if we didn't want (and let's face it it's our honeymoon ;) ) but there's plenty to do inside the hotel as well.... yeah I ideally we wouldn't want it to be raining, but I doubt it would rain for too much of the two weeks.

Also seen another nice hotel in Dominican now (thanks for the advice Nikki) and will keep looking at other places too, need to wait for next years prices to be released, then I think we need to just book and it'll be done then

We used to shop at Morrisons all the time, but have moved over to ALDI now, love it and then we just get the odd bits from tesco or asda (like fry light)

How about Washington DC....lots of fabulous culture. We had one of our best holidays there, or do you want a beach holiday?
